George Cole
George was a senior University Lecturer, Computer design and development Engineer and a systems design Engineer who holds the following qualifications: MSc Digital Communication, BSc Electrical and Electronics Eng, CEng, OND.
George has run several of his own businesses, including residential homes, a restaurant, and property development business. Alongside this he was a radio producer and presenter. George is also a Magistrate, an elected City Councillor and Leicester’s Lord Mayor in 2022/23.
Chizor Onwuegbute
Chizor Onwuegbute Leads the Health and Wellbeing Workstream and is part of the Leadership Team of AHA. She enjoys multiple involvements at a community level including with the African Heritage Alliance, Ndi Igbo Leicestershire and the Anambra State Association Leicestershire.
She holds a Certificate in Counselling, a Diploma in Health and Social Care, a BA Social Work and a BA Theatre Arts and has most recently become a magistrate in the city.
Reg Francis
Reg has significant experience of the private and voluntary sector.
He has been the Director of a Property Company for the last 5 years, and prior to that, 15 years as the Finance Director of an SME and a Board Member of the largest Housing Association in the East Midlands.
Reg has an FCMA CGMA qualification.
Amanda Toussaint
Amanda works in change and transformation and has significant experience in developing operating models for organisations to make them truly effectively.
She comes from a learning and development background and has the skills to be build capability in organisations.
She has over 20 years’ experience in technology, project management and learning for both public and private sector organisations.
